Currently, in Ha Nam province there are 58 active craft villages, of which 32 traditional craft villages have a long history with many famous products and a large team of skilled artisans. Each craft village has its strengths and potentials, which are favorable conditions to both preserve the cultural values ​​and unique characteristics of each locality, while also developing in the direction of connecting with craft village tourism. After nearly 700 years of existence and development, Nha Xa weaving village in Moc Nam commune, Duy Tien town currently has over 260 households, of which over 100 households are producing and trading Nha Xa silk products. , supplying 30-40 thousand meters of silk to the market every month. Nha Xa is the first place to use natural materials such as: brown roots, almond leaves, betel leaves... to dye silk.
