The Opening Ceremony and Art Program with the theme “Brilliant Ha Nam” taking place on September 7 will be a vibrant event opening the Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week 2024 with cultural and sports activities lasting until October this year.

Following the success of the Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week in 2023, this year, the Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week will be held with the theme: " Ha Nam - Local cultural destination " in Phu Ly City and Kim Bang District. In particular, the most anticipated event is the Opening Ceremony of the Culture and Tourism Week in 2024 and the Art Program with the theme "Brilliant Ha Nam" which will take place on the evening of September 7 at Nguyen Van Linh Street, Lam Ha Ward, Phu Ly City. The event is organized with a scale of 1,000 invited delegates and 50,000 spectators. It is expected that the Program will announce and award Asian and World tourism awards to Ha Nam and organize the first high-altitude fireworks display for tourists and people to enjoy. The program will be broadcast live on VTV1 - Vietnam Television and rebroadcast via Ha Nam Radio and Television.

The leader of Phu Ly City People's Committee proposed to include the Final Round of the 2024 Mid-Autumn Festival Lantern Model Competition of Phu Ly City in the series of events of Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week.

Based on the comments at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Truong Quoc Huy agreed with the plan to implement the Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week in 2024 as well as the plan to implement a series of activities to promote tourism and investment services in Ha Nam. It is noted that the Ha Nam Street Festival - Carnival in 2024 will be held before Christmas 2024; The final round of the 2024 Mid-Autumn Festival Lantern Model Competition of Phu Ly city will be included in the series of activities of the Culture and Tourism Week.

In particular, press and media agencies should increase information, propaganda and promotion in various and attractive forms on the media and platforms about this series of activities. Sun Group Corporation coordinated with the province to successfully organize a series of events to promote and advertise Ha Nam's culture, sports, tourism and investment services as planned.
