On the morning of December 4, 2024, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Nam province held a conference to announce the Decision to appoint the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Museum, Deputy Director in charge of operating the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts. Attending the conference were Mr. Ta Dinh Quyen - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department; Mr. Ngo Thanh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Department; Mr. Nguyen Van Trong - Deputy Director of the Department; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh - Chief of Office of the Department; representatives of leaders of departments and units under the Department and all cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Department of Tourism Management, Provincial Museum, Heads and Deputy Heads of departments and teams under the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts.

At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh - Chief of the Department's Office announced the Decision on transfer and appointment: Comrade Le Thanh Son, Deputy Head of the Department of Tourism Management, to take up the job and hold the position of Deputy Director in charge of the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts; Comrade Pham Minh Nhat, Deputy Director of the Center for Culture and Arts, to take up the job and hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Museum.

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Ta Dinh Quyen - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department assigned new tasks to comrades Le Thanh Son, Pham Minh Nhat and encouraged the collective of the Provincial Museum; Provincial Center for Culture and Arts to strive to overcome all difficulties to successfully complete the tasks in the annual Work Program. The leaders believe and hope that in their new positions, the comrades will continue to improve their leadership and management capacity, strive to practice more, promote their full potential together with the collective leadership and staff, civil servants, and employees of the Provincial Museum and the Provincial Center for Culture to excellently complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the development of the unit.

 Speaking on receiving the assignment, the appointed comrades thanked the trust of the collective leadership of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the collective of civil servants and employees in the unit for entrusting them with the new responsibility. At the same time, with the responsibility of the unit's leadership, they will be determined to work with the collective leadership and cadres, civil servants and employees of the unit to perform well the advisory function for the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the fields of museums, propaganda, culture and arts to successfully complete the tasks entrusted by the Department's leadership.
