Conference of Cadres and Civil Servants in 2025 and Summary of work in 2024, deployment of key tasks in 2025

Implementing Instruction No. 10 HD-BCĐQCDC dated December 16 , 2024 of the Steering Committee for implementing the Democratic Regulations on organizing the Conference of Civil Servants , Public Employees, and Employees of Departments and Units under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025. On the afternoon of December 31, 2024, the Ha Nam Tourism Promotion Center held the Conference of Civil Servants and Public Employees in 2025 and summarized the work in 2024, deploying key tasks in 2025.

Attending the Conference were comrade Nguyen Van Trong - Deputy Director of the Department; representatives of the Department's Office, the Department of Financial Planning, the Department of Tourism Management; together with the collective leadership, officers and employees of the Tourism Promotion Center. The Conference listened to the Report on the results of implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws related to the unit's tasks and functions; summarizing and reviewing the responsibilities of the unit's head in implementing the 2024 work plan; Report on the results of implementing the democratic regulations and the Resolution of the Conference of cadres, civil servants and public employees in 2024;   Report on the results of people's inspection activities in 2024, the work program in 2022; Internal spending regulations in 2025; Report on the collection, expenditure, management and use of contributions of union members; Emulation covenant to fulfill responsibilities between the Union Chairman and the Head of the unit in 2025.

With the spirit of democracy and responsibility, the Conference discussed the contents of contributing ideas to complete the Report such as: Solutions to enhance innovation in tourism promotion activities in 2025; Digital transformation in the tourism sector associated with the use and exploitation of Smart Tourism Portal; Solutions to enhance democracy in the direction, operation and implementation of tasks of unit leaders...

Comrade Nguyen Duc Nguyen - Director representing the Center's Leadership answered the discussion opinions, resolved the recommendations and proposals of all officers and employees and provided implementation solutions.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Trong - Deputy Director of the Department acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Center had achieved in 2024. At the same time, he emphasized that in 2025, the Center needs to overcome shortcomings and limitations, continue to promote the role and functions of the unit, actively advise and propose professional work for the Department; improve the quality of tourism human resources, have a study plan to improve professional and political qualifications; innovate forms of tourism promotion and advertising, etc. 

In the Conference program, comrade Nguyen Duc Nguyen - Director and comrade Trinh Thi To Nga - President of the Center's trade union signed the emulation agreement between the government and the trade union under the witness of representatives.
