Conference of Delegates of Officials, Civil Servants and Public Employees of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 81-CV/BCĐ dated December 13, 2024 of the Provincial Steering Committee on implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations on organizing the Conference of Cadres, Civil Servants, Public Employees and the Conference of Workers in 2025; The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has directed 5/5 public service units under the Department to successfully organize the Conference of Civil Servants and Workers of the unit; On the afternoon of February 10, 2025, the Conference of Delegates of Civil Servants, Public Employees and Workers in 2025 of the Department took place and was a great success.

Attending and directing the Conference were comrade Mai Thanh Chung, Party Secretary, Director of the Department, comrade Ta Dinh Quyen, Deputy Party Secretary, Deputy Director of the Department, Chairman of the Department's Trade Union, and comrades of the Department's leaders, the Department's Trade Union Standing Committee, heads of organizations: Youth Union, Veterans Association of the Department, secretaries of Party cells under the Department's Party Committee, leaders of departments and units under the Department; representatives of civil servants, employees of public service units and civil servants of departments under the Department.

In 2024, in the context of the world economic and political situation continuing to have many complex and unstable fluctuations. The domestic economy faces many difficulties, greatly affecting the production and business activities of enterprises and the lives of people as well as civil servants, public employees and workers. Closely following the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, the professional guidance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the close coordination of all levels, sectors and the enthusiastic support of the People, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has strived to overcome all difficulties and challenges, actively advised and deployed the successful implementation of the set tasks and plans, bringing the cause of culture, sports and tourism to continue to develop, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the province. Cultural, artistic, physical training and sports movements, building grassroots cultural life, building new rural areas have developed in both breadth and depth; Tourism activities have made many breakthroughs, cultural, sports and tourism targets have all reached and exceeded the set plan; many large-scale cultural, sports and tourism events have been successfully organized by the Advisory Department, creating a good impression, contributing significantly to building the culture and people of Ha Nam to develop sustainably to meet the requirements of the new situation. In particular, in 2024, Ha Nam province was honored for the first time by the World Tourism Organization as "Asia's Leading Emerging Tourist Destination"; Special Achievement Award 2024 (Special Achievement Award in Tourism in 2024) at the World Tourism Awards Ceremony.

At the Conference, civil servants, public employees and workers focused on discussing and proposing solutions to carry out tasks in 2025 and the following years. The Director of the Department listened to and answered opinions and suggestions from civil servants, public employees and workers. Under the witness of distinguished guests and the entire Conference, the Director of the Department and the Chairman of the Department's Trade Union signed the Emulation Covenant to fulfill responsibilities in 2025 and launched the emulation movement to successfully carry out tasks in 2025 with high determination to compete to successfully complete the 2025 Work Program, contributing to promoting the development of local culture, sports, tourism and family sectors.
