This event reminds future generations to cherish the past, express respect to ancestors, strengthen the great national unity bloc and continue the ideology of "in peacetime, we must spare the people's strength to make a plan that is deep-rooted and lasting". Besides, the salary distribution ceremony is also an opportunity to promote the image of Ha Nam's innovation and development to compatriots nationwide and overseas Vietnamese.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Ha Nam is taking advantage of opportunities, promoting potentials and strengths in developing spiritual tourism, gradually transforming towards a sustainable economy, developing rapidly. The Saint Tran's Salary Distribution Festival at Tran Thuong Temple is one of the major spring festivals of Ha Nam province, held to commemorate the great contributions of the national hero, the Great King Tran Quoc Tuan. The festival is meant to pray for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather, bountiful harvests, and abundant blessings, contributing to preserving and promoting traditional cultural identity, expressing the aspiration for a prosperous and sustainably developed country. With its great historical and cultural values, in 2017, the Saint Tran's Salary Distribution Festival at Tran Thuong Temple was included in the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

This year, the Saint Tran's salary distribution ceremony at Tran Thuong Temple will be held from January 8th and the salary distribution ceremony for people and tourists from all directions will start from the night of January 14th to the early morning of January 15th, At Ty year 2025.

After the traditional spiritual rituals, the food of Saint Tran was celebrated in the secret palace and brought to the food distribution gates to be distributed to the people. At this year's festival, the organizing committee coordinated with the temple to prepare nearly 20,000 food bags including 5 types of traditional grains to be distributed to the people and visitors at 12 food distribution gates outside the outer Nghi Mon of Tran Thuong Temple.

Within the framework of the festival, there are also rich and exciting cultural, artistic and sports activities and booths promoting typical products and famous specialties of Ha Nam to serve the people and tourists attending the festival.
